2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times depend on the courier service (typically 3-5 working days within Malaysia).
• We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier.

3️⃣ Return & Exchange

• Returns are accepted within 7 days for quality issues only (fabric defects, stitching damage, or tears).
• The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
• Customers must provide proof of defects before returns are approved.
• Returns due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference are not accepted.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the issue is due to our mistake.

4️⃣ Product Information

• T-shirt colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences.
• Size measurements are provided, and customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

5️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
